Cancellation Policy

All glass and custom screen orders are measured and made to order at Glass + Screen Hospital.
  Once a deposit is placed, the order cannot be canceled. Cancellations made after the deposit date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment Policy

Payment is due before or upon completion of the job. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Please let us know your preferred method of receiving your receipt—we can send it via text, email, or mail a paper copy.

Insulated Glass Units
We provide a 2-year warranty against fogging and condensation on insulated glass units, effective from the date of installation—installation must be completed by a Glass + Screen Hospital technician to qualify.

Window Balance Repairs
We offer a limited 90-day warranty on window balance repairs, which includes coverage for parts, workmanship, and installation.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
After 90 days, a service call and labor fee will apply for any balance repairs or resets.
